Main Points:

  1. The only Karmagenes custodians who have access to customer’s personal information are: Operations manager and CEO.
  2. The Karmagenes custodians receive relevant updates regarding GDPR guidelines through internal education and external advice through selected Data Privacy experts.
  3. The DNA data of a customer are deleted within 12 months after DNA analysis occurs.
  4. The Psychometric data of a customer are deleted within 12 months after psychometric analysis occurs.
  5. The customer’s personal data (first name, surname, email address, home address- if provided, occupation- if provided) are stored in online and offline servers (see below) till the customer requests to unsubscribe or delete his/her personal data from Karmagenes database.
  6. Anytime a customer requests in a written form to delete his/her personal data, Karmagenes custodians shall delete them within 72 hour.
  7. If there is any breach of data, Karmagenes SA will inform in a written form (e-mail) its customers within 72 hours.
  8. Karmagenes customer’s personal data are stored in online and offline (back up) servers, encrypted and password protected.
